A high quality of life will be maintained through active planning and resident involvement, focusing on guiding development and improving neighborhood safety.
The Richland Heights East Neighborhood Association:
Works to protect and improve the quality and unique nature of the neighborhood, complementary to the southwestern desert environment.
Promotes a sense of community by providing mechanisms for communication among residents.
Encourages participation of neighborhood residents, homeowners and businesses, working together to enhance the livability, safety, welfare and interests of residents, and to preserve and enhance property values.
Represents the neighborhood with Ward 3, City, County, State and Federal agencies.
