| Newsletter SponsorsThe City of Tucson (COT) used to fund newsletters for registered neighborhood associations (NAs), up to one per month. In 2010 the state of the economy forced the City to cut funding for each NA to one newsletter per fiscal year. The RHENA Board believes that our newsletter is an important way to get information out to the residents of RHE and to connect with new residents. So we have approached businesses in and around the neighborhood to see if they would be willing to sponsor an issue of the newsletter, allowing us to publish 4 newsletters per year. The following businesses have been gracious enough to sponsor issues of the RHENA newsletter. Some issues have also been funded by individuals living in the neighborhood. To thank these businesses for their help, please frequent them if you need their type of service. If you own a business and would be willing to sponsor an issue of the newsletter, let us know. If you frequent a business in our area, please ask if they would like to sponsor an issue. Let them know that an issue costs approximately $180 to print and mail, and each issue reaches almost 300 addresses. An issue can be co-sponsored to halve the cost. Thank you! |
